About the Owner
My name is Hayley Holmes, and I’ve been investing in and managing rental property since 2022. I purchased my first rental in the Houston, Texas area and have managed it remotely ever since — coordinating furnishings, cleanings, inspections, utilities, maintenance, landscaping, repairs, vendors, and guest needs from hundreds of miles away.
That experience taught me how important thoughtful property management really is. It’s not just about filling vacancies. It’s about noticing the small things — leaks, chipped paint, missing items, maintenance needs, and the overall condition of a home — before they become bigger problems.
I now bring that experience to property owners along the Oregon Coast. I have experience with both short-term and mid-term rentals and believe the right strategy often uses a thoughtful mix of both to support occupancy, protect the property, and meet the owner’s goals.
Hospitality is at the heart of what I do. My goal is for guests to feel welcomed and comfortable, while owners feel confident that their property is being cared for with attention and intention.

A Little More About Me
I live on the Oregon Coast with my husband and our family, and I’m proud to call this area home. Outside of property management and real estate, much of my time is spent with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and working on the many projects that seem to come with homeownership and rental properties.
As a wife, mom, homeowner, and property investor, I understand how personal a home can be. Whether it’s a primary residence, vacation home, or investment property, I know owners want someone who will treat it with care, communicate clearly, and pay attention to the details.
